Every participant arrives having already completed RPO’s rigorous online video series, which lays the foundation for a shared language and understanding of our systems and principles. Because of that, the workshop begins at full speed. From minute one, coaches are not simply listening—they’re actively engaging, experimenting, and being challenged to elevate their craft.
