The RPO Workshop was designed with one clear mission: to create the most dynamic, practical, and growth-oriented environment for aspiring pickleball coaches anywhere in the world. This isn’t a lecture series or a classroom where information is simply delivered—it’s a coaching test simulator, a hands-on arena where coaches can apply what they’ve learned, make mistakes, get feedback, and grow.
The expectations at an RPO Workshop are high—and intentionally so. Every participant arrives having already completed RPO’s rigorous online video series, which lays the foundation for a shared language and understanding of our systems and principles.
